Dear Guests and Partners,

 

Your health and wellbeing have always been at the heart of our Wattura philosophy. We are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have during these difficult times.

 

On behalf of the Wattura Resorts and Spa team, we would like to assure you that, as the situation around the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic continues to grow, we have taken every measure possible, and are doing our very best to ensure the safety and security of our guests and our team. In response to the outbreak, we have taken additional measures developed with information from the local public health authorities and have reinforced these procedures with our team.

 

Precautionary measures we have taken:

 

Our team is using all possible safety procedures and have been trained on how best to handle the situation on the ground.

 

We regularly sanitize the public areas of the hotel (including lobbies, bathrooms, in-room appliances such as remote controllers, light switches, doorknobs, etc.) and have introduced recommended hand sanitizers in public areas as well.

 

We have introduced a free booking amendment and cancellation policy with immediate effect. Please contact us if you wish to postpone or cancel your booking. Guests who have booked through a Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Online booking platform or third parties are advised to contact their booking providers for details on the applicable policy.

 

We hope these additional adjustments to our booking policies and operational protocols will give you extra peace of mind. Whether you are travelling now or in the future, the door to Wattura Resort and Spa is always open and welcomes you.
